eCALD
Language barriers and cross-cultural miscommunications can be stressful, particularly in a health setting. As New Zealand’s cultural diversity increases, health providers need to be prepared – and that’s what eCALD’s cultural competence training is designed to do.
I designed eCALD’s entire online ecosystem, from branding to training tools to its website, cross-cultural resource mobile app and Learning Management system. Each piece is designed as part of a cohesive whole, with intuitive UI design, interactive features and clean, simple visual elements.
